Return policy

 

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on many items for a period of seven days from the date of sale.  Some products are not eligible for returns or may have more restrictive return rules due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Products that are never returnable include books, sunglasses and eye wear, sunscreen or other personal use products such as lip gloss, soaps, mints, etc.

 

Return/Refund requirements

We will only accept items for return or refund if the:

  • Product is in its original packaging
  • Product is unused
  • Product is undamaged

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt - no exceptions.

 

Sale and clearance items

Sale or clearance items, and items marked as final, may not be returned.

 

Shipping items back for Return

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: 286 Main Street / PO Box 3054 Wellfleet, MA 02667. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
